What to bring, and wear:
- Please arrive to our office 15 minutes before your scheduled time, we are located in Plaza Peninsula of Puerto Vallarta, the exact address will be sent at the time of booking.
- We will give you a 10 minute class in which you will learn the equipment and the jump procedure.
- Do not dive for at least 24 hours before the jump. Eat something before, it is not necessary to eat something specific.
- Do not bring jewelry such as earrings, watches, necklaces, etc. Wear comfortable clothes, shorts, pants, shirt, sports shoe. No sandals!
- Bring a USB of 8GB or more in case of requesting photos and video, if possible empty.
All tickets must be purchased online, we do not take cash or credit cards at the departure point.
▼ Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours prior to the start of a tour. Canceling a reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time is 100% refundable.
Reschedule Policies: Tours cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of tour start time. Reschedules outside of 24 hours of the tour start time are free of charge (always having in mind availability).
Late arrivals will be considered as “No-Show”, and no refunds will be issued.
Adverse Weather Conditions: Your safety is our number one priority. All pvr tours reserves the right to change itinerary based on adverse weather conditions prior or during the scheduled tour. The tour may be re-scheduled based on availability at no additional charge.

Is the jump safe?
- We have the best equipment on the market, which contains two parachutes, one main and one backup, as well as an automatic activation system in case of emergency.
Can I use a credit card to cover the remaining balance at the day of the jump?
- Yes, you can, we accept Visa and Mastercard at the day of the jump.
Can I take my go-pro with me?
- It is not allowed to take cameras, cell phones or objects that can fall during the flight, because we jump in tourist area.
Can you pick us up at the Hotel?
- We are not allowed to pick up our clients from any hotel, house or condominium. Once you arrive at our location, we will transport you free of charge to the international airport of Puerto Vallarta.
Do you offer parking space?
- We have private parking, roofed, and with security personnel, even so, we do not take responsibility for material losses.
How and when do I get photos and video?
- The photos and video will be handled to you from 3 to 6 hours after the jump in a USB that the client must provide in advance.
Where do we land?
- We usually land on the public beach located between the Grand Venetian and Peninsula buildings of Puerto Vallarta. Some other times next to the Grand Velas Hotel in Nuevo Vallarta or in Bucerias
Can family or friends watch us land?
- Of course, they can even use our transportation to be present at the takeoff and landing.
What is the maximum number of people per flight or jump?
- The maximum number of people per flight or jump is 3, in case of having a larger group it will be necessary to make as many flights as needed.
What is the minimum age to jump?
- The minimum age to jump is 7 years old.
What is the duration from beginning to end of the tour?
- The total duration of the tour, from check in to landing, is 2.5 hours. To which we must add the waiting time to receive photos and video.
What is maximum weight to jump?
- The maximum weight to jump is 95 kilograms, 210 pounds.
