ROUND TRANSPORTATION: We offer free shuttle from several pick-up locations strategically located for you to choose the closest one to your hotel. SEE BELOW. (Only for guests holding or showing a booking voucher, we do not accept cash or credit cards at the pick up locations, all bookings must be made online and in advance).
PICK_UP LOCATIONS: We have pick-up points in Zona Romantica, Marina Puerto Vallarta, and Nuevo Vallarta. On the booking process you will be able to see the exact pickup location and exact time.

Notes: The amount of water in the waterfalls and pools will vary with the season – dry season (November to June), rainy season (July to October). Tour route is subject to change based on weather conditions.
▼ Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours prior to the start of a tour. Canceling a reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time is 100% refundable.
Reschedule Policies: Tours cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of tour start time. Reschedules outside of 24 hours of the tour start time are free of charge (always having in mind availability).
Late arrivals will be considered as “No-Show”, and no refunds will be issued.
Adverse Weather Conditions: Your safety is our number one priority. All pvr tours reserves the right to change itinerary based on adverse weather conditions prior or during the scheduled tour. The tour may be re-scheduled based on availability at no additional charge.
