Safety first:
Your security has always been a priority for us, so our equipment have strict maintenance control and even when our guides are so funny, they are also certified and highly qualified in security and in water skills, they will be attending during the entire tour to guarantee that your experience will be truly unforgettable and safe.
Restrictions:
- Not allowed to make a tour under the influence of alcohol or any other drug
- Pregnant women are not allowed
- People with heart problems
- People with back and neck problems or any other injury.
- People with balance problems and vertigo – Maximum weight 300 lbs 136 kg on single or Max combined 440 lbs 200 kg – Minimum age 10 years as a sideman
- No sanitary toilet during the ride.

Note:
A HOLD of $100 usd (refundable at the end of the tour) will be done on your credit card as a damage deposit.
A $50 mexican pesos will be charged at check-in as PORT FEE (Non Refundable).
People under 18 cannot be Jet Ski drivers for safety reasons and must be accompanied by an adult. The use of life vests is mandatory
▼ Cancellation Policy
Reservations are non-refundable if canceled within 24 hours prior to the start of a tour. Canceling a reservation at least 24 hours in advance of the tour start time is 100% refundable.
Reschedule Policies: Tours cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of tour start time. Reschedules outside of 24 hours of the tour start time are free of charge (always having in mind availability).
Late arrivals will be considered as “No-Show”, and no refunds will be issued.
Adverse Weather Conditions: Your safety is our number one priority. All pvr tours reserves the right to change itinerary based on adverse weather conditions prior or during the scheduled tour. The tour may be re-scheduled based on availability at no additional charge.

Of course, you can bring your own, however, the tour provides snorkeling equipment, properly sanitized between each use.
What would be a good tip for our guide?
In Mexico it is customary to tip an equivalent of 15% to 20% of the total price of the tour.
